Getting Started
After subscribing to a membership plan, log in to your account and navigate to the Class Library. All classes available in your tier will be unlocked and ready to watch. Simply click on any class to start learning!
Our Digital Studio works on any device with a modern web browser. This includes desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge on a screen at least 7 inches.
Videos must be streamed online and cannot be downloaded. However, Silver and Gold members can download choreography PDFs and music playlists for offline reference during practice.
We recommend a minimum of 5 Mbps for HD streaming. For 4K content (Gold members), 25 Mbps is recommended. If you experience buffering, try lowering the video quality or checking your connection.
Membership & Billing
Bronze gives you access to 5 beginner classes. Silver unlocks all 10+ classes across all styles. Gold includes everything plus bonus content, 4K video, Discord community access, and monthly Q&A sessions with instructors.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled anytime.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for early cancellation after the 7-day guarantee period.
Technical Support
First, check your internet connection. Then try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. If the issue persists, contact our support team with details about your device and browser.
Video quality adjusts automatically based on your internet speed. You can manually select quality in the video player settings. If you're on a slow connection, try closing other tabs or apps that might be using bandwidth.
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Yes! Your subscription allows you to access the Digital Studio on multiple devices. However, you can only stream on one device at a time per account.
Content & Classes
We add new classes monthly! Gold members get early access to new content. Follow us on social media or join the Discord community to be the first to know about new releases.
Our library includes Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical, Tap, West African, and Acro Dance. We're always adding new styles based on student feedback.
Absolutely! We have dedicated beginner classes in every style that start from the very basics. Each class is clearly labeled with its difficulty level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced).
Gold members can submit class requests through our Discord community. We review all suggestions and prioritize based on demand.
Community & Support
The Discord community is exclusive to Gold members. After subscribing to Gold, you'll receive a Discord invite link via email. You can also find it in your account dashboard.

Account sharing is not permitted under our terms of service. However, we offer family discounts for households with multiple dancers. Contact us for more information.
